This two-day program will look at the current environment in which nurses practice, including laws and regulations, standards, and technology and offer some insight and solutions.  Reductions in support staff and downsizing have increased patient workloads and increasing technology requires more education at a time that hospitals are reducing educational budgets.  Expanded definitions of legal liability have held all professionals to a higher scope of practice.  How do nurses protect themselves as well as their patients?  As they say, join us for “Good Times at Morongo” and learn a lot!
