Management is being disrespectful.

Yesterday, we were scheduled to meet at 10 a.m. Management wouldn’t answer phone calls or text messages and showed up at noon.

• They want to be able to mandatorily float you to any of the Infusion Centers and not pay you the float pay that any St. John’s nurse gets when floating between SJRMC and SJPVH.
• They want to be able to reassign you to any of the centers. For example: If you live in Thousand Oaks and work at the Camarillo center they could just reassign you to the Ventura center.
• They want you to explain to them why you deserve the same pay that every other at St. Johns nurse gets. We gave them a wage proposal before Christmas and they have still not come back with a proposal.

Where’s the Dignity!?
