All new grad RNs who are currently being paid the new grad rate will move to the RN "start" rate after six months of experience at Kaiser Moreno Valley. Due to language bargained into our new contract, new RNs will also receive the increased pay retroactive to the date they achieved six months of experience. The new rate will begin July 15 and retroactive pay will be issued separately by the end of August.
