HPMC management is proposing takeaways from our contract. They now want us to pay for our free health plan, which still has high deductibles. Management is also proposing a raise based on our annual evaluation. Anyone not scoring at least a 3 on their evaluation would get no raise, and only those with a score of 4 or more would qualify for up to a maximum of 3 percent. Furthermore, management gets to decide who gets what score.

What is wrong with HPMC management? Not only do they want to make us pay more for healthcare, but now they want to play games with our raises. We deserve a fair raise and affordable healthcare.

All employees must stand together at this vigil to show management that this is unacceptable.
