Over the past three days of negotiations, our 121RN Bargaining Team made significant progress in non-economic items for our upcoming contract with HCA management.
Our team made tentative agreements with management on several articles and important progress in bolstering our Staffing Issues Committee.
Changes to the Staffing Issues Committee include:
- All issues pertaining to staffing and workload can now be brought to the committee.
- The timeline for the entire process has been shortened by almost half.
- Options and actions expanded if our members do not feel our issue has been resolved through the committee process.
