Our SEIU 121RN Bargaining Team met with management for a third day of negotiations today.
- We continued to present and discuss non-economic proposals with management.
- We reached agreement on one article, Bereavement Leave (improved time off for 8- and 10-hour RNs).
- We had a constructive discussion with management about health, safety, and ergonomic practices in each of the hospitals.
