RNs and Healthcare Professionals at four southland hospitals recently ratified new contracts with their employers.

Two of those hospitals won their very first contracts soon after calling for 10-day strikes:

• The RNs of Southern California Hospital at Van Nuys ratified their contract on December 27, 2018
• The RNs of Southern California Hospital at Hollywood ratified their contract on December 28, 2018

Strike authorization votes were also passed at two other hospitals:

• RNs and Healthcare Professionals at Providence Tarzana Medical Center ratified their contract on December 20, 2018
• RNs at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center ratified their contract on December 28, 2018
