Important information about the dues cap membership-wide vote on January 27th

PLEASE NOTE: It is important that SEIU 121RN have members’ up-to-date email address and phone number to engage in this, and other important votes.Please update your info no later than noon 1/25/21 at bit.ly/121RN-Connect. Dues for SEIU 121RN will CONTINUE to be 1.65% for hours worked up to 40 hours a week, only the cap will be either lifted, or changed, not the dues percentage.

EXPLANATION OF WHAT YOUR VOTE WILL MEAN:

A Yes vote will indicate: Yes, I vote to modify the current dues cap lift as follows: May 1st, 2021—cap raised to maximum of $210 per month (or $96.92 per pay period on 26 pay period basis); May 1st, 2022—cap raised to maximum of $235 per month (or $108.46 per pay period on 26 pay period basis); May 1st, 2023—cap removed.  A No vote will indicate: No, I vote to lift the dues cap effective February 1st, 2021.

1/27/2021 5 a.m.–9 p.m. This vote will take place during an online membership meeting at www.bit.ly/121RN-DuesCap 5 a.m.–8 a.m. 11 a.m.–2 p.m. 6 p.m.–9 p.m.You may vote any time between  5 a.m. and 9 p.m. 

This vote settles any and all questions by the membership regarding the lifting of the dues cap by SEIU 121RN.

The vote is provided through Simply Voting, a service that provides independent and secure secret ballot administration. The Union must provide Simply Voting with your personal email address to verify your eligibility to vote. You may also visit www.seiu121rn.simplyvoting.com where you will enter your unique elector ID and password.
