Garfield Medical Center nurses voted 100% in favor of the agreement, which includes:
- Improved safe floating language & floating differential
- Commitment to RN input on vital patient care policies
- New pathwaysto resolve patient safety issues
- More metal detector wands & security guards at key locations
- Improved protection against harassment
- Wage increases of 17.4% to 29.4% over 3 years
- Retention bonus
