The Human Resources Specialist will design and assist with implementation of an overall strategy to recruit and develop a diverse workforce, while providing guidance on policies, benefits and practices that support equity and inclusion, as well as administration of these organizational priorities. The individual will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance with state and federal employment laws such as, but not limited to the FLSA, Workers Compensation, the NLRA and others.
