SEIU 121RN members and our allies called on the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) to demand full enforcement of safe staffing laws, including Nurse to Patient ratios. Our day of action began with a rally at St. John's Hospital in Oxnard, and culminated in a march and press conference at the CDPH Ventura County office.
